Shea Eden Racing was the successful bidder on Lot 130 by Statue Of Liberty out of Petite Oiseau on the opening day of the Inglis Premier Yearling sales at Oaklands Junction yesterday. Shea was very surprised that he picked up this well bred colt for as little as $55,000 as he had intended to go as high as $80,000 for him. 40% of this colt has already been snapped up by clients and alot of interest is continuing to come for him. Shea will be back at the sales today and tomorrow and is hopeful of purchasing some more nice yearlings to add to his fast growing stable.
