Carrying the colours of the Tigers, for the O’Rourke family, Polanco was very impressive in winning his heat of the Melbourne Cup Carnival series at Geelong and for the second year in a row he will head to the Grand Final on Oaks Day. Shea was very confident of the horse acquiting himself well and with an A grade ride from Jye McNeil he duly saluted in the $100,000 event.
